I've been rooted in yoga and holistic wellness for fifteen years. It's not what I do, it's the living and breathing foundation of who I am. And because I've been deep inside this world for so long, I've seen it up close. I know that yoga teachers and wellness coaches are some of the most wholehearted people on the planet, genuinely devoted to helping others live well. You support others in their wellness, while trying to do it all alone, and it’s overwhelming. Burning yourself out to help others isn’t what you had in mind when you entered this field.
So I created Hawthorn Hollow, because you deserve a true collaborative partner, and you deserve to be as supported yourself as your clients are supported by you. I'm here to bolster you in having an aligned business that sustains your own practice of wellness, not one that takes away from it.
