Hey, I’m Adrienne
I've been rooted in yoga and holistic wellness for fifteen years — it's not what I do, it's the living and breathing foundation of who I am. And because I've been so deep inside this world for so long, I've seen it up close. I know that yoga teachers and wellness coaches are some of the most wholehearted people on the planet, genuinely devoted to helping others live well. And I know that so many of them are burnt out, overwhelmed, and trying to do everything alone.
So I created Hawthorn Hollow, because you deserve a true collaborative partner, and you shouldn't have to do this alone. I'm here to support you in having an aligned business that supports your practice of wellness, not one that takes away from it.
Does this sound familiar?
You have a list of email addresses you think you’re "supposed" to input into an email service, and you have no idea why or what the point of it would be. But you’ve heard you’re supposed to have an email list, so surely it’s important for some reason. But what? People are so busy, who’s going to take the time to read your emails when they will just see you at your classes?
You have ideas of what to post on social media, but when? Where? You teach 4 public classes this week and have 6 private clients, and on top of that, you have a life to live too! You feel the need to focus deeply on your private clients. Let’s be honest, they provide you with the most income out of all your offerings, and you’re simply not willing to skimp on the quality you give them for their sessions.
You’re taking a course on yoga therapy and need time for learning and integrating. It’s important to you that you implement what you’re learning with your clients. But there's that email list! And you’ve heard you’re supposed to have a blog and website for SEO but really what would that be for, and why? You’ve refined your craft of teachings and offerings and you really want time to dive into your niche. To go deep and get targeted and even more clear on what you can offer your clients. That takes time to develop. You’d love to share what you know on social media, offer a workshop, even create a course! You know you want the digital elements in place, because it truly sounds like an amazing way to expand your business, but in the meantime, you need to plan for your private clients and the laundry needs switching. When will you ever find the time!? The pressure is insurmountable.
Here’s what’s possible …
You’re in the zone planning the practices and sessions for your private clients. They’re giving you incredible feedback about how much the yoga therapy that you’ve been learning and integrating into their sessions is supporting them. Your email list is thriving, all while being taken care of to the point where you don't even have to think about it. All you do is write your newsletter, share it with me, and it gets all scheduled to send out. There’s so much flow and ease, it’s palpable and incredibly enjoyable to be experiencing this expansion in your business.
You have some new subscribers from the last workshop you taught, and it went super well! It was fully attended and you’re hoping to land 1-2 new private clients from the workshop, so tending to your email list is a high priority of mine. You’re feeling energized and inspired to record some videos and create posts for them to send to me, and I'll create the reels and schedule them all out for you. You’re having a lot of fun making content and don't even have to worry about what's happening on the engagement end! It’s surprising how enjoyable social media has actually become!
You’re receiving a few DM's from the recent social media content that’s been shared from your workshop and without you having to even think about it, I add them to your email list. They're on the sequence to get your premium opt-in offering so that they start to learn what you’re all about and how they can connect with you. You’ll meet with me on a video call later this week so that we can already start planning your next workshop, and even start to outline your first course!
It’s happening, it’s truly happening, and you’re beaming. You knew you were meant for this. And here it is, growing, expanding, and coming to fruition. Your bravery to take charge of what you wanted, to step into our aligned collaboration and to take the trust fall is turning out better than you could have ever imagined.

"You have been teaching long enough to know that this is not just what you do, it permeates into who you are.
And somehow, somewhere, between the scheduling of classes and workshops, the social media (do you want to do it or does it feel like you have to do it?) the figuring out an email list and what to send, and the trying to figure out how to make it all happen (is this even sustainable?), you lost the big picture in the minutia of the should's and have to's.
You are not burnt out on yoga. You are burnt out on trying to spin all the plates of running a business teaching yoga, and all of the facets that come with it, because you've realized it's unsustainable to do this alone.
You've grown weary of the frustration from the should's and have to's that you can't escape. All the savasana in the world isn't even helping this to budge from your mind. It's when the student wants to linger after class, but you have a private client you need to get to. And honestly, as much as you'd like to, you're not at liberty to spend unpaid uncontained time after class when another appointment awaits. It's feeling the pressure of that looming email but you don't know what the hell you're even supposed to do with it.
It's feeling the intense desire to put a course out there, because truly you are skilled and you know so much, but you don't even have the time to think about it because the whole ordeal is paralyzing. It's the insecurity you wrestle with when it comes to putting yourself on social media. You know you have amazing content to share, and it would be incredibly valuable to put out there, but you're not in your 20's, yoga posing and traipsing around Bali. And honestly you're grateful that you're not, and you appreciate the season of life you are in, your wise era is actually quite liberating. But how to actually show that on social media? It haunts you.
The days of playing it safe because of being held back by fear and overwhelm are over. And it's ok that you have been where you're at up until now, no shame there at all. The past versions of you who got you here didn't know any better, they were doing the best they could with what they were given. They deserve kindness. And now it's time to step fully into the space of expressing your business as audaciously as you want. Up until now, if you've felt the crushing weight of trying to do it all alone, those days are over. You now have an ally who's here to support you as you approach the threshold. And when you step through, ease, relief. The peace will be palpable. You'll finally exhale at the release of the tension, as you put down what was never yours to carry alone in the first place.
Hawthorn Hollow exists so that you can show up wholeheartedly in your teaching, while intentionally and passionately finding complete presence with your students and clients.
You have space to be fully expressed and actualized in your teaching and offerings. All while your business runs in the background, fully supported by a collaborative partner who is here to be in the flow with you. You deserve to have a fully embodied teaching practice and a business that have come to fruition in the way you've always envisioned.
This is why I built Hawthorn Hollow.
You don't have to

FAQ

A virtual assistant handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your business running. It can be anything from emails, scheduling, content planning and creation, tech, really whatever is personal to your business needs. Hawthorn Hollow is my virtual assistant studio, where things are different, because I'm more than a task-taker. I'm a wellness professional myself, with fifteen years of experience in yoga, holistic health, teaching and coaching. I understand your world from the inside, which means we can dive into where you need support right away.
-
I work with yoga teachers, health coaches, somatic practitioners, and wellness service providers who are ready to stop doing everything alone. If you’re unsure as to whether I’d work with you because what you do doesn’t quite fit a category, well, most likely we’ll vibe very well together. If you're building something meaningful and your expertise is dialed in, but you’re drowning in the admin and tech side of your business, you're probably exactly who I had in mind when I built Hawthorn Hollow!

We start with a free discovery call for give or take an hour, with no agenda, just the intention of getting to know each other. I know “no pressure” gets thrown around, and I want you to know I truly mean it. From there, if it feels right for both of us, we move into support with one of my monthly package offerings. That will start with onboarding, where we iron out all the details to get you going.
-
I work on a month-to-month basis because I believe great working relationships thrive when both people genuinely want to be there. There’s an organic flow to being in a container together where neither one of us is worried about being contractually obligated, and that’s the type of environment I want us to be in together. Check ins will be ongoing and if and when things need to change with our agreements, we’ll address them timely.
-
Well, lucky for you, you don't need to understand the tech, because that's my job! You get to show up and do the work you love while being fully supported in the back end of your business. No tech headaches, I get to smooth it out for you and all you see is your business dreams come to fruition!
-
Once we've had our discovery call and we have both decided it’s a fantastic fit to work together, we can get the contract settled and onboarding started usually within a week. If something is absolutely pressing, or can wait, that can all be figured out during our onboarding.
-
That's exactly what a discovery call is for, to explore where you’re at and what might fit your needs. And, I truly believe in keeping things flexible. The packages are a framework and if something needs to be customized, bring your ideas and desires to our call and we can easily discuss it from there. When you’re ready, reach out and we can get your call booked.
Have another question or inquiry not covered here? Reach out and send me a message, whatever is on your mind about Hawthorn Hollow and us working together is welcome.
